Sycamore Landscape Solutions is a locally-owned and operated, full-service lawn and landscape company based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Founded by company owner, Thad Williams, in 2016, Sycamore Landscape Solutions has serviced thousands of properties throughout the Piedmont/Triad area over the years. Committed to providing only the best possible service to our clients, we pride ourselves on hard-work, quality results and dedication to getting the job done right the first time.
As a full-service lawn and landscape company, our skilled crews are trained and certified to handle all your landscape needs. Whether you are looking for something as simple as regular lawn maintenance or something a bit more complicated, like landscape design and installation, we have the knowledge and the know-how to meet your property needs. We believe in customer satisfaction and building healthy, long-term relationships with our clients is our number-one goal.
In addition to being committed to our client’s needs, we are fully-licensed and insured for your own peace of mind and all of our workers are covered by Worker’s Compensation Insurance. We will communicate with you every step of the way and we play by the rules…plain and simple!

Our History
As a former municipal power company employee, owner Thad Williams is no stranger to hard work and commitment to excellence. Raised on his grandfather’s North Carolina farm where he tended to vegetables, livestock, and tobacco, Thad learned the meanings of dedication and precision at an early age. After graduating from North Davidson High School, Thad later went on to attend Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC, where he also played university football.
While working for the power company back in 2016, a former colleague asked Thad if he would like to manage and maintain several lawn mowing accounts. Thad jumped on the opportunity and soon found himself managing over 60 Rite Aid properties throughout the state of North Carolina.
Eventually wanting to be closer to his wife and family, Thad decided he wanted to focus his business more locally and began taking on customers around the Winston-Salem area. Since then, Sycamore Landscape Solutions has continued to evolve into a multi-service company committed to making our clients’ properties look beautiful.
Today, Thad still resides in Winston-Salem with his wife, Megan, and two boys, Finley and Abram.
